1. Most don’t know this but I’m STILL a student. I finished my senior collection well over a year ago but am taking my last 2 classes this term. 2 weeks left and I’m done! 
2. I don’t feel bad for eating copious amounts of treats when I’m all bundled up.
3. I can stay in my pj’s all day.

I can’t tell you how excited I was to start our renovation, I was so excited that I created this blog to keep a diary about the process; I absolutely hated every part of it. This is the first post of before and after photo’s. 

Ironically, this room was not a part of the house that we were planning on renovating. It goes a little something like this: I found an antique cabinet converted into a vanity dressed with granite counter, vessel sink, chrome hardware and plumbing for… get a hold of yourself… $25 at a garage sale. When we ripped out our old cabinetry we took off chunks of the wall; up went wainscoting which I adore. New plumbing and hardware, flooring, paint and voila.
